Responsibilities

Angels assigned to watch over an individual, family, community, or nation. A role, not a choir — any rank can be assigned guardian duty. Unnamed personal guardians traditionally sit in the 9th choir "Angels" (nearest humans); guardians of nations sit among Principalities (Daniel 10).
