With no filters applied, this page also lists other documented realms: Hell (Sheol/Gehenna) — not a sub-level of any heaven, but the underworld below Earth; and other traditional realms. This is the hub for knowing which realm, tier, and permission level governs each layer.
Dimensions are not listed here, and that is deliberate. A realm answers where — it has a gate, a permission tier and inhabitants. A dimension is a scheme laid over reality and carries none of the three, so it is not a rung on this ladder. The overlaps between the two are published as an explicit correspondence map rather than assumed. Why the two are kept apart.
