Scrolls

Not a giant in Genesis, but rabbinic aggadah describes the first man as of cosmic stature, reduced after the transgression. Included because it is the root of the "diminishing generations" motif that later giant traditions inherit.

Named in the Dead Sea Scrolls (notably the Book of Giants), 1 Enoch, Jubilees and related non-canonical literature.
