Son of the Watcher Barakel. The giants' emissary: he flies across the earth to Enoch in his place of exile to have the brothers' dreams interpreted, and carries back the verdict that the giants are condemned. The only giant in the corpus who acts as a go-between rather than a destroyer.
Named in the Dead Sea Scrolls (notably the Book of Giants), 1 Enoch, Jubilees and related non-canonical literature.
